Chronic Pain Management (CPM)   Innovative self-care program which teaches those wishing to decrease chronic pain, a system combining movement, somatic retraining, & relaxation.  If used regularly these will assist you in decreasing your chronic pain.

        CPM Introduction  Four 120-minute classes which introduce you to activities easily practiced at home.                  

        CPM  Ongoing  90-Minute class for those who have completed CPM I & wish to be led through a class periodically to enhance & improve their home practice.  Recommended at least every two months.

Guided Relaxation   90-minute class for those who have completed CPM I & wish to be led through a class periodically to enhance their home practice.  Recommended at least every month.

Grocery Shopping in CHQ County  Field trip to Lakewood.  We do not have  as many choices as those big city folks.  Learn where to find the healthiest food easily available in this area.

 

Private Lessons
